Witch, arrow, hump and hook noses are common terms that can be used interchangebly. The bridge often has bump making nose appear large. It also co exist with a droopy nasal tip resembling a parrot’s beak.
It is the actual opposite of the short upturned nose. The nasolabial usually is below 90 deg angle.
There is a downward rotation of the nasal tip making it look like a witch nose.
